Concerns about driving safety?
As a person ages, changes in health may occur. These changes include, but are not limited to, hearing loss, impaired reflexes, and vision impairments. These factors may increase the risk of an accident with serious injury or death.

For more information, contact Sarah Henrich at (912) 235-0573. Sarah will perform a thorough evaluation of cognition, vision, and physical capabilities. From her assessment, she will determine the individual's safety for driving.
At the end of your driving screen you will be graded as Low, Medium, or High risk.
Low = Green Light, go for a drive!
Medium = Further therapy OR referred to a Behind the Wheel test
High = Red Light, likely not safe behind the wheel
