Functional Fitness activities train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common, everyday tasks.
Using muscles in the upper body and lower body at the same time, functional fitness activities focuses on core stability.
You don't need any equipment to perform the activities. Most activities rely entirely on your body weight for resistance.
Neurological/Balance Training
Specific Training for Individuals with Movement Disorders or Neurological Impairment.
Use of specific exercises to reduce fall risk.
Strengthen core and lower body to improve safety with transfers and mobility.
Assistive device recommendations and training.
Maintain Range of Motion, Strength, and Flexibility with individuals with spasticity, tone, or weakness.
This program is best for, but not limited to, individuals with peripheral neuropathy, stroke/brain injury survivors, Parkinson's Disease, or Multiple Sclerosis.
This service targets a specific body part to reduce pain & restore motion.

Provide assisted living facilities and nursing homes with safe transfer/walking techniques to minimize risk of employee injury as well as patient fall risk.

Instruction and education to assist caregivers in safely providing care.
Hands-on training to ensure proper use of equipment and gait belts.
