Kathy Fogle

I’m Kathy Fogle, a Physical Therapist. I obtained my Doctoral degree from Arcadia University located outside of  Philadelphia, PA in 2007. I have a broad knowledge and experience background with highlights of my career as a therapist in the following settings: Neuro ICU, outpatient clinics, travel physical therapy (working in Florida, South Carolina, and California), home health, and now a member of McMahan Neurological Rehabilitation team with my LSVT certification. I’ve had the pleasure of working with clients through every aspect of recovery and have found a love and passion for seeing clients in their homes. This allows me to provide quality care to both the client and caregivers - maximizing function and safety within their everyday environment while working toward personalized goals. 

Born here in Savannah and returning a decade ago, I am married with two amazing children. I enjoy spending time with them and watching them grow and learn. I also love to be outside and explore new places.  As a family, we have been to 38 of 50 states with plans to explore more soon!
